This directory contains V1.01.

V1.01 (28-Aug-2014), correctes a bug that
caused all genomic positions in annotated CDS, with no RNA seq signal (RNASeq class
0, of 0,1,2,3) to be grouped into the corresponding class that was NOT annotated as
a CDS, but had a High RNA Seq signal.

That is, positions in the class
DRHisC

D   - DNase levels 0,1,2
R   - RNA Seq levels 0,1,2,3
His - Histone Class (001-026)
C   - Annotation as CDS (0,1)

a0bcd1 were attributed to a3bcd0

This impacted about 7million genomic positions, genome wide.

Also, the i6/cov covariates track directory also contains a track
cellsrc.bb, which shows the cell line that provided the covariates for 
each genomic position, in the integrated track.
